Who We Are

The Central Louisiana Regional Chamber of Commerce is a private, non-profit business organization with a membership that includes small businesses, merchants and professionals, nationally recognized corporations, educational and health institutions, community organizations, as well as individuals. The  Chamber is governed by a 31-member Board of Directors representing a cross section of the membership.  Board members are vitally interested in helping businesses and the community grow and  prosper. The Board sets policy, establishes budgets and oversees the work of the divisions and committees.  The Executive Committee is composed of the Chairman of the Board, Chairman Elect, Immediate Past Chairman, Treasurer, Secretary, and six Division Chairs. The professional staff consists of the Chamber President and four employees.

The Central Louisiana Regional Chamber of Commerce is committed to improving the local business climate, because when your business succeeds, our community also prospers. The true value of the Chamber is its diverse membership, which is made up of both large and small businesses. The chamber is accredited by the U.S. Chamber of Commerce at the highest level, with 5-Star Distinction and is the largest chamber in the region, with over 1,000 members, representing over 30,000 employees. The organization is dedicated to the individual success of its members and to creating an environment where businesses and communities thrive. The Chamber strives to be the unified voice of business that advocates, promotes and inspires the Alexandria/Pineville region.
